1. General Provisions

• Bringing food and drinks from outside into the hotel by in-house guests is strictly prohibited.

• Complimentary breakfast is provided for one person per room, served daily between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, and is subject to availability and hotel terms.

2. Security Policy

For the safety of all guests, the following rules apply:

• Guests must present a valid form of identification upon check-in. Accepted IDs include:

  • Driver’s License

  • National Identity Card

  • Voter’s Card

  • International Passport

• The use, possession, or distribution of hard drugs is strictly prohibited within our premises.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 pm

• Check-out time: 12:00 pm

• Late check-out between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm will incur a 50% charge of the room rate.

• Late check-out after 2:00 pm will incur the full room rate.

4. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.

• The resort is not liable for loss or damage to valuables left in rooms or public areas.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Any illegal activity, public disturbance, or damage to property will result in immediate eviction without refund.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

6. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be secured with a valid payment method.

• Cancellation terms depend on the booking platform or agreement with the hotel.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
